Each report on the analytic page can be generated and downloaded to a (.xls, .pdf, .csv, and .txt) file and saved to your local drive for offline viewings such as analysis, sharing, or backup purposes. To download the report, go to the Analytic menu and click the Sales menus, then click 'Deal Progress' which you can find in the deal performance section. After the operator target page appears, click the 'Download' button on the upper right side of the page.
And then, the file will be generated and you can download the file by clicking the 'Download' icon ( ). If you open the file, data will be displayed as shown images below.
Component Explanation:

Stage | A step in your sales process. |
Number of Concluded Deals | Represents the number of deals that went through the stage |
Conversion to Next Stage | Represents the percentage of total deals that went to the next stage compared to the total of deals that went through the stage. |
Conversion to Won | Represents the percentage of total deals that were won at that stage compared to the number of closed deals. |
Conversion to Lose | Represents the percentage of total deals that were lost at that stage compared to the number of closed deals. |
Deal Number | Unique number of each deals. |
Deal Name | Your deal name. |
Value | Value of that deals. |
Contact | Name of the individual that the deal relates to. |
Company | Name of the company that deal is associated with. |
Deal Owner | The sales agent made the deal. |
Closed On | Indicates the time the deal was closed. |
Current Status | Close status of the deal. |
