# Create New Service Analytic

New analytic service function to embed zoomdata report on your analytics page. This section contains instructions on how to create a new service analytic.

To begin, go to the **Analytic** menu and click the **live agent** menus, then you will see a live agent page. In the upper right corner click the ‘**+New Service Analytic**‘ button. Then, you will see a pop-up to add new service analytics as images below.
