# What should I do if the user is locked?

This notification will display if you try to log in using the wrong password or username more than three times as shown images below.

If you're having trouble like that, here are some things you can try: 

1. Contact your **Administrator.**
2. Try login again by using your credentials username and password.
3.  But if you still having trouble, click the **'Forgot Password'** Button to reset your password.
4. Enter your email address to receive the reset link.
5. Click **'Request Reset Link'**.
6. Open your email address according to that entered before.
7. Click the **'Change Password'** link to recover your account. 
8. Enter your new password.
9. Confirm your new password.
10. Click the **'Change Password'** button.
11. Your password successfully has been reset.
12. Try login again by using your credentials new password and username.

But if you are **an Administrator**, follow the steps below to resolve this problem:

1. Go to the **Administration** menu.
2. Click the **User Management** page.
3. Click the **Blocked** tab.
4. Select the user that you want to unlock.
5. 6. Contact your user to log in again by using their credentials username and password.&#x20;
