# Evaluate BOT The evaluate bot's function is to test and analyze bot output (to find out the output of the bot before changing FAQ and after changing FAQ). For example, after you added new knowledge on the FAQ knowledge page, you want to find out the output of your bot if the knowledge matches your expectations or still needs improvement.
