The FAQ Module answers frequently asked questions (FAQs) submitted by the customer. You can attach bot knowledge to answer questions from customers.
If you want to attach an FAQ to the bot, click the ‘FAQ’ button (). Then, you will see a pop-up FAQ Module, select module, and click the ‘Attach’ button (). If the FAQ module turns green, it means the module was successfully attached to your bot.
You can also filter FAQs by status. Select the 'Active status' button to display the FAQ currently being used by the bot, or select the 'No status' button to display the FAQ that the bot is not using.
Or, you may also use the search function to find the intended FAQ to be attached by entering keywords from its names.
