This feature is used on the traffic wallboard page to manually reload traffic while monitoring ticket distribution activity on each channel.
System Settings - Traffic Minimal Turn
For example, you add value 3 in the minimal traffic turn field, so when you force reload the traffic wallboard page, it will add new traffic list of distribution tickets according to the number of turns.
