# Feedback Appreciate Message

This feature allows you to set messages to be sent to customers after the customer gives feedback.&#x20;

For example, you can set the feedback appreciate message with "Terima Kasih, Penilaian kamu akan sangat berguna untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan kami". Then when customers submit feedback, on chat window will show feedback appreciate message as shown image below.
