# Download Live Agent Rating

Each report on the analytic page can be generated and downloaded to a (.xls, .pdf, .csv, and .txt) file and saved to your local drive for offline viewings such as analysis, sharing, or backup purposes. To download the report, go to **Analytic** and select the **Live Agent** menu, and click **Live Agent Rating**. In the upper right corner of the page, click the **'Download'** button. Then, in the dialog box of the download live agent rating, click **'Generate Report'**.

And then, the file will be generated and you can download the file by clicking the **'Download'** icon ( <img src="/files/-MTdruFSB2IIQVmJg9yu" alt="" data-size="original"> ). If you open the file, data will be displayed as shown images below.

When you view the offline report using the download report, you can see the summary report. The summary report contains one column whose value consists of all the data from the selected agent, as shown below.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.3dolphins.ai/analytic/live-agent/live-agent-rating/download-live-agent-rating.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
