# WhatsApp Validation

We offer the WhatsApp validation feature to optimize your marketing team's send notifications. This feature helps confirm whether customers have used WhatsApp services. And if your team later sends notifications about products or other information, it will be delivered effectively and immediately to your customers' WhatsApp numbers.

To access this feature, go to the **Marketing** page and select the **Audience** menu. On the Audience page, click the **WhatsApp Validation** tab as shown below.
