# Download User Access Audit
Each report on the analytic page can be generated and downloaded to a (.xls, .pdf, .csv, and .txt) file and saved to your local drive for offline viewings such as analysis, sharing, or backup purposes. To download the report, go to **Analytic** and select the **Live Agent** menu, and click **User Access Audit**. In the upper right corner of the page, click the **'Download'** button. Then, in the dialog box of the download user access audit, click **'Generate Report'**.
And then, the file will be generated and you can download the file by clicking the **'Download'** icon ( 
). If you open the file, data will be displayed as shown images below.
**Component Explanation:**
| Name | Description |
| -------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Action | Record all of the user's logs in the 3Dolphins application. |
| Action Time | Record the time when a user performs an action in the 3Dolphins application. |
| Client Browser | User's web browser to access the 3Dolphins application. |
| IP Address | The device's identity number is used when a user accesses the 3Dolphins application. |
You can also download files from detail user access audit report by selecting and clicking on the user or you can use the search feature. Then, you will see the user access activity detail page and click on **'Download User Access Activity'**.

You can add additional columns to your generate report download detail report using the 'Additional Colum' field.

And then, the file will be generated and you can download the file by clicking the **'Download'** icon ( ). If you open the file, data will be displayed as shown images below.
