Click enable toggle to activate smartcall channel has been added.
Smartcall Channel
Customer make a call to your smartcall number then it becomes ticket to the 'Telephony' tab Agent or tab supervisor with category 'Inbound' ticket.
Inbound Call
You can also create an outgoing ticket by dialing your customer's number, which creates a ticket under the Telephony tab Agent or Supervisor with the category "Outbound" ticket.
Outbound Call
If you log in as 'Agent', make sure your agent status is 'Available'.
