Attach Feedback Template

You must first attach the feedback template to your channel before using it. Go to the Quality Assurance menu and then, click the Feedback Template page. On the template feedback page, select the template you want to attach, then click the 'Attach' button.

Then, you will see a pop-up attach feedback template to the channel. Select your objected channel in the available channel section and click the 'plus' button or you may use the 'Attach All Channel' button to select all channels. After that, you will see the successful channel attach in the Attached Channel section.

Note: Only one feedback template can be used per channel. That channel will be removed from the list of available channels once it has a feedback template.
