# Delete Template Criteria

Sometimes you need to remove the template criteria from a system when it’s no longer needed. 

If you want to delete template, select the template on the rating criteria page, and click the **'Delete'** button. Then, you will be prompted to confirm the remove request, click ‘**Yes**‘ to process template deletion or you can click ‘**No**‘ to return to the rating criteria page.

If the template is successfully removed, the template is no longer displayed on the rating criteria page.
