Severity Required Before Closed

This feature allows you to add severity level to the ticket before it closed.

For example, enable the 'severity required before closed' feature by selecting the 'True' option. Then, when you close the ticket and the severity level has not been selected, you will see a pop-up warning notification to add severity level as shown below.
