# Download Deal Lost

Each report on the analytic page can be generated and downloaded to a (.xls) file and saved to your local drive for offline viewings such as analysis, sharing, or backup purposes. To download the report, go to the **Analytic** menu and click the **Sales** menus, then click **'Deal Lost'** which you can find in the sales performance section. After the operator target page appears, click the **'Download'** button on the upper right side of the page.

If you open the file, data will be displayed as shown images below.&#x20;

**Component Explanation:**

| Name                       | Description                                         |
| -------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------- |
| User Id                    | User's identity number.                             |
| User Name                  | Your sales agent name.                              |
| Number of Deal Won         | The number of deals won at that stage.              |
| Value of Won Deals         | The total value of deals won at that stage          |
| Average Value of Won Deals | The average total value of deals won at that stage. |

| Name       | Description                                       |
| ---------- | ------------------------------------------------- |
| Deals Name | Your deals name.                                  |
| Created On | Indicates when the deal was made.                 |
| Value      | Value of that deals.                              |
| Contact    | Name of the individual that the deal relates to.  |
| Company    | Name of the company that deal is associated with. |
| Won Lose   | Indicates when the deal was lost.                 |
