# Ticket Claim Mode

This feature allows you to set the selection ticket claim mode used on the dashboard, whether by **Channel** or **Unit**. Using Channel mode provides ticket distribution queues dependent on each channel. Meanwhile, if you use Unit mode, the ticket queue depends on each unit where each unit has different queue ticket distribution.
