# Bot Language

Used to detect your bot's preferred language. When you choose the 'User' option, the bot will respond to messages using your customers' native language. Meanwhile, if the Mixed option is selected, the bot will respond to customer messages using any language. On the **Bot Manager** page, Select Bot and click the **Mixed** or **User** option.
