Bot Language
Used to detect your bot's preferred language. When you choose the 'User' option, the bot will respond to messages using your customers' native language. Meanwhile, if the Mixed option is selected, the bot will respond to customer messages using any language. On the Bot Manager page, Select Bot and click the Mixed or User option. In order to identify the bot's language, you can refer to this page.
