It might be necessary to change the unit if you want to add channel members or change units that can receive ticket transfers from a specific unit.
Go to Unit Management. Then, in the unit management page, select the unit you want to change by clicking the 'Edit' icon. You will be redirected to the pop-up edit unit.

Change the required components. For example, you add "Youtube" channel as an additional unit member and click 'Save'.

You will see successful notifications when the unit is successfully changed.
