# How to monitor 3rd party service?

#### **How to monitor 3rd party service (dhi. Connection to mSmile server / service, connection to Jatis for WA, etc. if there are others). Contact Person and escalation procedure (for example their helpdesk).**

For the existing 3rd party service that we now integrate with WhatsApp JATIS. To check the service to the Jatis server, do it at colsocmed1 by using the telnet command to **interactive.jatismobile.com** with port **443**.
