Switch toggle to activate the skype channel has been added.
On the channel bot, select and click channel 'Skype'.
On the screen, click the 'Add to Contacts' button.
And pop-up send messages to your skype bot will appear.
On the skype account, enter your message.
Message customers in your youtube channel can be incoming as a ticket to the 'Inbox' tab agent or 'Unassigned' tab supervisor.
If you log in as 'Agent', make sure your agent status is 'Available'.
