# Result of Create New Skype Channel

Switch toggle to activate the skype channel has been added.

&#x20;On the channel bot, select and click channel **'Skype'.**

&#x20;On the screen, click the **'Add to Contacts'** butto&#x6E;**.**

&#x20;And pop-up send messages to your skype bot will appear.&#x20;

On the skype account, enter your message.

Message customers in your youtube channel can be incoming as a ticket to the **'Inbox'** tab agent or **'Unassigned'** tab supervisor.
