Edit Existing Agent Status

Sometimes, you need to edit a status that previously added. This may be necessary because you want to rename the value or change the status to "True", so that the Agent cannot accept tickets while in that state.

To change the status, select status and click the 'Edit' button. A pop-up will appear to make changes to the status. Enter the new information, then click the 'Save' button to apply the changes.
