Create Notification

This feature allows you to create and manage notifications that will be sent to customers. Within this feature, you can specify the recipients, compose messages using the available templates, and schedule the broadcast delivery.

To get started, go to the Notification page and click the +Create Notification button, as shown in the following image.

Component Explanation:

Component	Description
Account	Indicates the account channel that will be used to send the message. Note: The account used must match the broadcast requirements. If the template used is a marketing template, the account must be a marketing channel account, and vice versa for OTP.
Recipients	The recipient usage requirements based on needs are as follows: Upload XLS/CSV If the broadcast is sent to one or more recipient numbers. If the broadcast message template uses Call to Action buttons such as Quick Reply, Website/URL (Dynamic), and Offer Code (standard message). Uploading this file is mandatory for both types of message templates, namely Standard message and Carousel. Note: Please note that META does not support the use of Offer Code for the Carousel type. If the user wants to use that CTA, they must select Standard message. If the broadcast message template uses a personalized body message. Select from Contact Jika broradcast pesan ke satu receipent dan nomor telah terdaftar pada aplikasi 3Dolphins. Jika template pesan broadcast merupakan pesan Standar tanpa adanya call to action. Select from Group Jika broadcast pesan ke satu atau lebih nomor receipent dan pengiriman ditujukan untuk grup tertentu yang telah dibuat pada aplikasi 3Dolphins. Jika template pesan broadcast merupakan pesan Standar tanpa adanya call to action.
