Add Telephony Credentials

After you make the smartcall channel, click the 'Telephony' () icon to add a telephony credential to your account. To add telephony credential, go to the User Management page then, click the User tab and select the user you want to add the telephony credential.
You will see a pop-up available channel, click the 'plus' icon on the channel smartcall, and then you will be asked to enter the username, full name, online name, and password. If you’re done, click on the ‘save‘ button.
Username
Username from smartcall.
Full Name
The user's full name will be shown on the smartcall server.
Online Name
Your online user name will be displayed on the smartcall.
Password
Password from smartcall.
