Each report on the analytic page can be generated and downloaded to a (.xls, .pdf, .csv, and .txt) file and saved to your local drive for offline viewings such as analysis, sharing, or backup purposes. To download the report, go to Analytic and select the Live Agent menu, and click Conversation Audit. In the upper right corner of the page, click the 'Download' button. Then, in the dialog box of the download conversation audit, click 'Generate Report'.
And then, the file will be generated and you can download the file by clicking the 'Download' icon ( ). If you open the file, data will be displayed as shown images below.

Ticket Number
Unique number of each ticket.
Action Date
Record the time of the last activity on this ticket.
Channel
Indicates the channel where the ticket was made.
Customer Name
Your customer name.
Agent Name
Indicates agent's name that is responsible handled this ticket.
Detail Action Date
Indicates detailed time this activity occurred on the ticket.
Detail Status
Record the status for each activity that occurs on this ticket.
Event
Indicates activities performed on the ticket.
Detail Action
Indicates detailed activities performed on the ticket.
