# How to Add an Email from My Facebook Account

Click in the top right corner of Facebook, then click **Settings & Privacy**.

Then, select the **Settings button**. You will redirect to the **General** menu. On the contact section, click the 'edit' button.

Click '**Add another email address or mobile number'**, then enter your email and click the **'Add'** button.

You may be asked to re-enter your Facebook password. Enter your password and click **Submit**, then **Close**.

When you add an email address to your account, we’ll send a confirmation email to your new email address. Click the link in your email to confirm that you want this email added to your Facebook account.

If the link in your email doesn’t work :

* Copy the confirmation code we sent in your email.
* In the [**Contact**](https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=account\&section=email\&view) section of your settings, click **Confirm**.
