# Email Signature Email Signature is a personalized block of text that is automatically added at the bottom of every email message. Supervisors can create an email signature for each email channel through the **Email Template** menu. By default, each email channel only has one email signature. In 3Dolphins, signatures can be created in text or image format. To manage the email signature, click the **'Signature'** button on the top right corner of the page.

Select an email channel and click the **'Edit'** button (

). After that, the email signature creation form will be displayed. For example, go to the **Customer Service > Customer Support** menu, then click the **'Make Outbound Email'** button.
