# Email Signature

Email Signature is a personalized block of text that is automatically added at the bottom of every email message. Supervisors can create an email signature for each email channel through the **Email Template** menu. By default, each email channel only has one email signature. In 3Dolphins, signatures can be created in text or image format. To manage the email signature, click the **'Signature'** button on the top right corner of the page.

Select an email channel and click the **'Edit'** button ( <img src="/files/-MR4UqeyxwyhOfqmce9m" alt="" data-size="original"> ). After that, the email signature creation form will be displayed. For example, here is the email signature created for the 3Dolphins Product Team, as shown in the image below.

When you create an outbound email or reply to an email from a customer, the system will automatically include the email signature that you have previously created. For example, go to the **Customer Service > Customer Support** menu, then click the **'Make Outbound Email'** button. On the outbound email form, your signature will be automatically added to the bottom of the message, as shown in the image below.
