Business Service
The function of the business service feature is to display the percentage of dialog that is most often hit or access to the back end of the total dialog that is available. First, go to the Analytic menu and click the Virtual Agent menu, then click Bot Overview menu which you can find on the left sidebar.
Then, select Bot to display the business service data, such as below.
