Delete Shift
Sometimes you need to remove the shift from the agent if it’s no longer needed, maybe it’s because you will or have changed the agent’s shift. In the shift mapping page, select an agent and click the 'Delete' icon on shift. Then the shift will be automatically deleted from the agent.
If the shift is successfully deleted, it will automatically be removed and you will no longer see the shift on the list.
