You can also download all intent data reports on the bot overview page into files (.xls and .csv) and save them to drive for offline viewing to analyze your intent data and intent scores using external applications.
To download the report, go to the Analytics page, select the Virtual Agent menu, and click Bot Overview. On the bot overview page, scroll down the page until you find the Total Engagement section, click the 'Download' button.
If you open the file, data will be displayed as shown images below.
