Each report on the analytic page can be generated and downloaded to a (.xls) file and saved to your local drive for offline viewings such as analysis, sharing, or backup purposes. To download the report, go to the Analytic menu and click the Whatsapp menu, then click either the 'Business Initiate Conversation' or 'User Initiate Conversation' tab. After the selected tab page appears, click the 'Download Report' button on the upper right side of the page. Then, click the "Generate Report" button.
And then, the file will be generated and you can download the file by clicking the 'Download' icon (). If you open the file, data will be displayed as shown images below.

Origin Type | Indicates template categories from WhatsApp templates broadcast. |
Whatsapp Channel | Indicates the whatsapp account channel that is used to send broadcasts. |
Status Updated | Indicates the most recent broadcast status update. |
