Customer contact is defined as information provided by customers when interacting with Bots or Agents through any 3Dolphins Service SRM channel. Customer Contact filled with all information of all customers such as customer name, phone number, email, and any other information.
On the Customer Contact page, you can add new contacts, edit customer details information, merge contact, view case timeline, send offline messages, block and unblock contacts and delete contacts. Go to Customer Service and click the Customer Contact menus, then you will see a customer contact page such as the images below.
Customer contacts can be created at any time. Customer contacts are created automatically but you can make it manually also. How can contacts be created automatically? For example, every time customers contacts you on any social media platform that has been integrated with 3Dolphins, new contacts will be automatically created in 3Dolphins customer contacts.
