You can also use filters towards the group's KPIs by channel. You'll instantly see which group KPIs meet the requirements you've identified by using this filter.
To get started, on the left side of the page there are drop-down filters. Then, choose the filter you want to use. In the example image below, we will display a filter based on Live Chat. The result will be shown as images below.
