KPI is used to measure the effectiveness of your company employee's performance in handling tickets for each channel. With KPIs, companies can easily check the suitability of targets as a measure of employee performance. Therefore, 3Dolphins provides a group KPI feature so you will easily manage KPI targets for each department in your company.
To access this page, go to the Employee page then, click the Group KPI menu. This privilege only belongs to Supervisor and Administrator.
