Set Contact as VIP

If one contact is identified as VIP, any new message from that contact will be instantly recognized as priority and will bypass any queues. In the upper right corner of the contact detail, click the 'Action' button and select the 'Set As VIP' option. Then, the contact will be marked as VIP.
