Default Sorting Mode

This field is to set the default display order of incoming tickets based on unanswered tickets or assigned date tickets in ascending or descending order. The default sorting mode can be found on the Operator's inbox tab and also on the Supervisor's inbox, escalated, and team tabs.
For example, if you set the sorting mode to 'Unanswered > Descending', you can see a list of unanswered tickets from the most recent assignment date to the oldest assignment date, as shown below.
But, if you set the sorting mode to ‘Assigned Date > Ascending’, you can see a list of all tickets from the date of the old assignment to the date of the new determination, as shown below.
