Add Tags to Customer Contact

Once you understand how to add a classifier, then the next question is how to add tags to your customer contact? You can add tags to your customer contact by accessing the Customer Contact page or on the Customer Support page.
Ensure the classifier setting in the 'Contact' field is set to 'True'.
On the Customer Contact page, select a contact then, you will see a pop-up of 360 customer view, scroll down and click 'Select Tags' to add tags. Select a tag and click the 'Edit Tags' button to save, then the tag will appear in the contact tagging section of your 360 customer view page.
You can also add tags to the customer contact from the customer support page. Select a ticket, then click on the customer's avatar. Then, you'll see a window pop-up of 360 Customer View. scroll down and click 'Select Tags' to add tags. Select a tag and click the 'Edit Tags' button to save.
Note: Automatic tagging is not currently available for customer contacts.
