Start Chat

Now you can use this bot for conversations with customers. Select your bot for further conversations.

Message

To start a conversation, click the START button and the '/start' command will be sent to your bot. Then, you will see that your bot has responded to your chat.

And the chat will be received as an incoming ticket, refer to the agent's inbox tab to see the ticket as shown below.

Don't forget to change your agent status to "Available" so tickets will enter the agent's Inbox.
