You can optionally add a header to the template message. The header is content that is above the message section. There are 2 (two) options for the header, i.e. Text and Media.
If you want to add a header in text format, you can select the 'Text' option from the header dropdown field. Then, enter the header in the text field as shown in the following image.
If you want to add a header with media, you can select the 'Media' option in the header field dropdown, there are 3 media options, i.e. Video, Image, and Document. You can select one of the media types, and a preview of the media will appear on the right side of the page.
To display an image in the header, you can add an image in the Media Example section as follows.
