Create Automation

For example when you will display lead automation to set the label, set owner, and set lead status, then you must configure the trigger, filter, and action as follows:

In the example case above, when the Sales and Sales Manager from Any Group is unarchived lead with status 'Cold Lead', the lead will have a label ‘Hot Lead’ status on the active lead list page, as shown images below.

If you want to create automation for archived leads, for example, you can configure the trigger, filter, and action as follows:

So when Sales from Any Group is archiving the lead with label 'Cold Lead', the label of the lead will become 'Warm Lead' with the owner is 'Afianti Rosa' and the lead status is 'Archived' as shown in the image below.
