Enable block contact is a feature that allows Agents to enable and disable the 'Block' button function on customer contacts.
If this feature is disabled (Enable Block Contact = False), Agents cannot see the 'Block' button on customer contacts as shown below.
However, if this feature is enabled (Enable Reopen Ticket = True), Agents can block customer contacts using the 'Block' button as shown below.
