Classifier Setting

After you create a classifier, you can use it on your ticket or in your customer contacts as a tag. Click the 'Gear' () icon to configure your classifier. You will see a pop-up of the classifier settings.
Component Explanation:
Name | Description |
---|---|
Ticket | To display this classifier when you add tags to your ticket. |
Contact | To display this classifier when you add tags to your customer contact. |
Exclude from Report | To hide this tag on the analytic report. |
By default, the classifier on the ticket will be 'True' while the classifier on the contact will be 'False'.
