Classifier Setting

After you create a classifier, you can use it on your ticket or in your customer contacts as a tag. Click the 'Gear' () icon to configure your classifier. You will see a pop-up of the classifier settings.

Component Explanation:

Name
Description

Ticket

To display this classifier when you add tags to your ticket.

Contact

To display this classifier when you add tags to your customer contact.

Exclude from Report

To hide this tag on the analytic report.

By default, the classifier on the ticket will be 'True' while the classifier on the contact will be 'False'.
